Service
TradeShow Signal Scout provides trade-show-triggered account intelligence for B2B agencies, including weekly prospecting briefs, campaign or outreach angles, and optional spreadsheet or CSV exports.
Use of Briefs and Exports
Briefs and exports are provided for business research, prospecting, and campaign planning. Customers are responsible for how they use the information, including compliance with applicable email, privacy, advertising, and outreach rules.
Accuracy
We work to keep briefs useful and accurate, but trade-show directories, company websites, and public business information can change. Briefs and exports are provided as business research, not as a guarantee that every row is complete, current, or a qualified buyer.
Delivery
Pilot briefs are delivered by email, normally within 3 business days after TradeShow Signal Scout receives enough information to tune the brief to the customer's agency focus. Monthly briefs are delivered by email on the agreed schedule.
Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation
The one-time pilot brief is billed at the stated price. Pilot brief refunds are available if requested before custom research begins. Because pilot briefs are custom research products, completed or delivered briefs are not refundable unless TradeShow Signal Scout cannot deliver the purchased brief or cannot reasonably fix a material delivery issue.
The monthly brief package is billed at the stated price unless another written arrangement is made. Customers may cancel future delivery and future billing by emailing mike@tradeshowsignalscout.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not usually refund a billing period that has already started unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.

No Guaranteed Results
TradeShow Signal Scout provides research, timing signals, and campaign ideas. We do not guarantee replies, meetings, customers, revenue, search rankings, advertising results, or any specific business outcome.
No Card Storage
Card payments are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout. TradeShow Signal Scout does not store card numbers.
