How We Use It

We use this information to respond to requests, deliver sample materials, provide paid briefs, and manage customer communication.

Report Data

Our briefs focus on company-level trade-show signals, public business context, websites, categories, contact pages, and practical agency angles. Briefs are not intended to provide scraped personal inboxes.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. TradeShow Signal Scout does not store card numbers or full payment credentials.

Sharing

We do not sell customer contact information. We may use service providers for email, payment processing, file delivery, and basic business operations.

Outreach and Opt-Outs

If we contact your business and the message is not useful, reply to the message or email mike@tradeshowsignalscout.com and we will stop sending outreach to that address.

Access or Deletion Requests

Customers may ask us to update or delete their business contact information by emailing mike@tradeshowsignalscout.com.
